Microfinance company

Company was formed in 2002 by a managing director with many years experience in financial and management services engagements. The company has some viable groups for on lending of loans, which it formed in 2002. The promoter worked as the Executive Secretary to the Ghana Micro Finance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN). He is an adjunct lecturer at GIMPA teaching money & banking, investment analysis, rural finance among others.

Company is seeking foreign equity to raise an amount of US$ 2.0 million to form a non-bank financial institution to attract savings from the public for on lending to the organized groups of members as micro finance operators.
