Aluworks limited is a continuous casting and aluminium rolling mill facility located in the Heavy Industrial Area of Tema and was incorporated in 1978. It has an annual capacity of 30,000 metric tons of rolled products. It is a public limited liability company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange. With the resumption of VALCO’s operations in 2005, the company currently produces it raw materials (aluminium ingots and molten aluminium) from VALCO which is next door to Aluworks in the Tema Heavy Industrial Area. The Company is ISO 9001:2000 certified and products are of world class quality.
